Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Digital products

When you buy a course, guide or template you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and business. You may not copy, resell, share your login, or publish our content without written permission.

Access is for as long as the product is offered, including updates we make to it. If we ever discontinue a product we will give reasonable notice and a way to keep what you have downloaded.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged through Stripe. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Sales & Inventory Tracker

The tracker is a tool to help you record and understand your business. You own the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for any business decisions you make using it. Reports and calculations are for guidance and are not financial, tax or legal advice.

Administrators of a business account decide who else can access that business's data and with what permissions.

No guarantees of results

Our education is practical, but we cannot promise any particular income or outcome. Importation and business involve risk, including currency changes, supplier problems and customs rules. Results depend on your effort, capital and circumstances. Success stories shown on this site are individual examples, not typical results.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or other people's data.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to send spam.
• Do not scrape or copy the site or its content in bulk.

Third-party links and tools

We recommend some third-party tools and platforms. Some links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for those services or their terms.

Our liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
